POSTAGE AND HANDLING
A rate of $12.00 AUS for postage and handling applies per pair anywhere in Australia.
SIMPLE Returns Policy
We understand that shoes are a personal thing, and pictures v's trying them on are 2 different things - don't stress we have a very simple returns policy.
If you don't like them, or they don't fit simply return them to us straight away. Returns must be lodged within 24hrs of receipt of goods. If you don't like them or they don’t fit - that's fine we'll exchange or refund them.
You must mail the goods via registered or express post (trackable) and we will send you the new ones at your expense. Refer to postage charges for your area ($12 within Australia).
Obviously if;
The goods don't arrive
The goods arrive damaged
The goods aren't of merchantable quality
We will not give you a refund or exchange - it's that simple
All we ask is that;
The shoes have not been worn (only tried on)
The packaging is in merchantable condition
The shoes are returned in a reasonable time frame
The return is logged within 24hrs of receipt of goods.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
Postage to USA $42 AUS per pair. Postage to UK $50 per pair. Postage to New Zealand $28 AUS per pair. We Post anywhere in the world. Please email us if you are in another area.
All prices above include postage and handling.
Allow up to 7 days for overseas orders.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note for delivery within Australia. We use Australia Post (Registered Post) for all deliveries and aim to process and deliver your goods within 1 working day of receiving your order. Delivery will be between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

41 = 8.5
42 = 9 - 9.5
