SIMPLE Returns Policy
We understand shoes are a personal thing, and pictures v's trying them on are 2 different things - don't stress we have a very simple returns policy.
To return a shoe for exchange or credit note, simply return your purchase with a copy of your receipt within 7 days. Shoes must be in original condition in their box. Post through Australia Post to:

Please be sure to indicate your reason for return in writing. For your protection, we advise that you send by registered post. We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange on any handbags, accessories or sale items, unless the item is faulty.
All we ask is that;
The shoes have not been worn (only tried on)
The packaging is in merchantable condition
The shoes are returned in a reasonable time frame
The return is lodged within 7 days of receipt of goods.
POSTAGE AND HANDLING
A rate of $12.00 AUS for postage and handling applies per pair anywhere in Australia.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
Postage to USA $42 AUS per pair. Postage to UK $50 per pair. Postage to New Zealand $28 AUS per pair. We Post anywhere in the world. Please email us if you are in another area.
All prices above include postage and handling.
Allow up to 7 days for overseas orders.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note for delivery within Australia. We use Australia Post (Registered Post) for all deliveries and aim to process and deliver your goods within 1 working day of receiving your order. Delivery will be between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
